And you can't tell me the way they design some of the females, they aren't trying to make them sexy.

I mean look at Peg Pete, Susan Long from the 1st season, Helen Parr, Maddie Fenton, Debbie Turnbull and others. They purposely design them like that to draw in older male viewers. At least that's what I think.

Cartoons are always designed specifically for all ages, because they have to keep in mind that parents are usually watching the shows along with their kids. Besides, all the artists for the shows probably drew some nude art in their life to properly train on human anatomy and motion.

As well as adding humor that is well intended to go over the heads of children.

Lots of older adults still watch shows like The Flintstones and The Jetsons. All the college students I know still watch cartoons, even though Avatar is about the only cartoon series they will admit to watching.
